Terms of Use
The rules that apply when you use this website and open an account with a Bestbroker entity. Read them together with your client agreement, which governs your trading relationship.
Last updated: October 2026
1. Who we are
Bestbroker is a registered trademark. Services on this website are provided by two affiliated regulated entities. Bestbroker Ltd. (Cyprus) is regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC). Bestbroker Ltd. (Vanuatu) is licensed by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). Your client agreement identifies the entity serving you.
The entity you contract with depends on your country of residence and is named in your client agreement. Product availability, leverage, fees and investor protections differ between the two entities. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to the entity you contract with.
2. Acceptance of these terms
By using this website or opening an account, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the website. Your client agreement governs your trading relationship with us; where these terms and your client agreement differ, the client agreement applies.
3. Eligibility
Our services are for adults aged 18 or over. We do not offer services to residents of jurisdictions where doing so would breach local law or where we do not hold the required permissions. Access to specific products depends on your country of residence, your client categorisation and the permissions of the entity serving you.
4. Accounts and security
- You must give accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity on your account.
- Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
- We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms, applicable law or our client agreement.
5. Demo accounts
Demo accounts use virtual money on clearly simulated prices. They exist so you can learn the platform. Results on a demo account do not predict results on a live account, where pricing, execution and your own decisions under real conditions will differ.
6. Products in rollout
Some products shown on this website are on our roadmap and not yet available. Roadmap items launch in phases and remain subject to the regulatory permissions of the relevant entity. A waitlist registration or register-interest submission is not an offer, a contract or a promise of access.
7. Website content
Content on this website is provided for general information. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or an offer to buy or sell any financial instrument. Market data shown on public pages may be delayed or simulated and must not be relied on for trading decisions.
We work to keep the website accurate and available but do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
8. Intellectual property
The Bestbroker name, the BestAlpha™ mark, logos, page designs and website content belong to us or our licensors. You may view and print pages for personal use. You may not copy, republish or exploit website content commercially without our written consent.
9. Acceptable use
- Do not use the website or our services for unlawful purposes, including money laundering or market abuse.
- Do not interfere with the operation or security of the website, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or data.
- Do not scrape, harvest or mass-download content or data from the website.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses arising from your use of this website's informational content, from events outside our reasonable control, or from your trading decisions. Trading losses are your own; see the Risk Disclosure on our Legal page before trading.
11. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest revision, and continued use of the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
The applicable governing law and the courts that have jurisdiction are set out in your client agreement with the entity serving you.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent through the channels listed on our Contact page.
