• Bestbroker Ltd. (Cyprus), regulated by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC), with authorisation for reception, transmission and execution of orders.
• Bestbroker Ltd. (Vanuatu), licensed by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC), Classes A, B and C, with market maker and CFD permissions.

The entity you contract with depends on your country of residence and is identified in your client agreement. Product availability, leverage, fees and investor protections differ between entities.

Risk disclosure: leveraged products

CFDs and other leveraged over-the-counter products are complex instruments and come with a high risk of losing money rapidly due to leverage. Before trading, consider whether you understand how these products work and whether you can afford to take the high risk of losing your money.

Leverage magnifies both gains and losses. A small market move against your position can produce a loss that is large relative to the margin you posted, and positions can be closed automatically if your account no longer meets margin requirements. Over-the-counter products are contracts with the entity serving you, not exchange-traded instruments, and carry counterparty risk.
